Zavala on dean’s listDaniela Zavala of Loudon was recently named to the Saint Mary’s University dean’s list for the fall semester. To be eligible, a student must have a grade-point average of at least 3.6.

Gettelfinger on Austin Peay listAutumn Gettelfinger of Lenoir City was recently named to the Austin Peay State University dean’s list for the fall semester. To be eligible, a student must earn a grade-point average of at least 3.5.

Two get scholarshipLyla Pitarro of Lenoir City and Jacob May of Loudon have been awarded scholarships to attend the University of Tennessee at Martin for the 2021-22 academic year. Pitarro received the Excellence Scholarship, while May was awarded the Deans Scholarship.

Pair on Cumberlands listBenjamin Burnette of Loudon and Carolina Johnson of Lenoir City were recently named to the University of the Cumberlands dean’s list for the fall semester. To be eligible, a student must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours and have a grade-point average of 3.5.

Gignac achievesPayson Gignac of Lenoir City was recently named to the Kennesaw (Ga.) State University president’s list. To be eligible, a student must complete at least nine semester hours and have a grade-point average of 4.0.
