A Loudon man and woman were arrested Saturday after attempting to take back the man’s repossessed car.

Loudon County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Cody Bengel responded to a business owner’s complaint of an unwanted person to find Glenn Holden Feezell, 21, and Amber Nicole Cox, 19. Cox was getting into her car and Bengel activated his patrol car lights. Cox didn’t stop and attempted to turn around in the parking lot. Bengel approached Cox while she was in the car, ordered her out and detained her, according to a report.

Feezell was sitting inside a red Dodge pickup truck. Bengel ordered him out of the vehicle multiple times, but Feezell refused. Bengel then detained Feezell.

The business owner said Feezell was on the property to collect personal belongings from the truck after it had previously been repossessed. Feezell instead attempted to take the truck. Law enforcement later discovered a relative and a friend of Feezell had been present earlier to help Feezell get the truck back, Bengel wrote in a report.

The friend recorded most of the confrontation between Feezell and the business owner on her phone. The business owner can be heard telling all four parties to leave the property, and the relative can be heard telling the business owner he would cut his throat, Bengel wrote in a report.

Feezell was charged with was charged with disorderly conduct and theft of property and released on $2,500 bond.

One man and four women were caught Saturday with hundreds of fraudulent credit and debit cards.

LCSO Inv. Shane Ezell and other 9th Judicial District Drug Task Force agents were contacted by a retail store’s asset protection team in reference to four suspicious individuals making what appeared to be “fraudulent credit card transactions,” Ezell wrote in a report.

Agents talked with Valentine Osakpolor Odije, 31, Atlanta, Ga., as he was leaving the store. Odije had a fake Illinois driver’s license, cloned Visa debit card, $6,460 in money orders and $3,000 in his possession.

During a search of the car, agents found 314 credit/debit cards, $29,420, $10,902 in various money orders and 7 grams of marijuana.
