INVITATION TO BID

The City of Lenoir City Street Department is now accepting
sealed and competitive bids for asphalt to be put in place
and to be picked up from the plant by Lenoir City Street
Department. We ask that bidders please price each way.
Bidders should contact J.J. Cox, Street Superintendent, at
865-986-2715 to access streets and roads and for bid specifications. Resurface Work Bids will be accepted until Thursday,
March 23, 2023 at 9:00 A.M (EDT) and will be opened and
publicly read at the next scheduled Purchasing Committee
Meeting. All bids must be placed in a sealed envelope and
clearly marked“Bids for Resurfacing and Paving.” Bids shall
be addressed and mailed or brought to:

The City of Lenoir City reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all bids.
***NOTICE: In accordance with T.C.A. §62-6-119 and
§62-6-102, all bids of $25,000 or more shall have the
contractor’s license information on the outside of the
sealed bid envelope, with the Name as licensed, License Number, Expiration Date, and the Classification
