Arnwine was among 4,574 students who received undergraduate and graduate degrees.
Mary Iverson of Philadelphia was recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society, at Tennessee Technological University.
Iverson is among approximately 25,000 students, faculty, professional staff and alumni to be initiated each year. Membership is by invitation only and requires nomination and approval by a chapter.
Only the top 10 percent of seniors and 7.5 percent of juniors are eligible for membership.
Sophia Fisher of Lenoir City has graduated from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kan., majoring in criminology and economics.
The college graduated 314 students at the end of the academic year during ceremonies May 14.
Noah Blake of Loudon was named to the University of Evansville dean’s list for outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester.
Blake is studying exercise science at the private university in Evansville, Ind.
More than 500 students were named to the dean’s list. A student must have carried a full academic load of 12 hours or more and earned a grade point average of 3.5 or above.
Andrew Floyd, a sophomore science education major from Greenback, was among approximately 750 students named to the spring dean’s list at Bob Jones University in Greenville, S.C.
The dean’s list recognizes students who earn a 3-3.74 grade point average during the semester.
Payson Gignac of Lenoir City has been named to the Kennesaw (Ga.) State University spring president’s list.
Majoring in exercise science, Gignac is among nearly 5,000 undergraduate students recognized.
To qualify, students must achieve a 4.0 grade point average and complete a minimum of nine credit hours.
Jenifer Nicolas Ramirez of Loudon has been recognized on the dean’s list at Norwich University in Northfield, Vt., for the spring semester.
Full-time undergraduate students with a semester grade point average of at least 3.40 are awarded dean’s list honors.
